Registration for the BMA2020 virtual meeting is now OPEN through the ASBMR website. Early bird registration ends August 7th, 2020. Register now to get the best rate!

The format of the BMA2020 meeting will be virtual ONLY.  The conference will take place on the Whova platform. You will receive an email by September 4th with your BMA2020 permissions.  In the meantime, please feel free to make a profile on the website or to download the Whova app for your phone (in the app store). Registration Categories (Early Bird by August 7th):

  1. Trainees with accepted abstract submission* - FREE
  2. All other trainees*- $49.00
  3. BMA Society Members - $99.00
  4. Non-Members - $139.00

Registration Categories (Through September 8th):

  1. All other trainees*- $99.00
  2. BMA Society Members - $149.00
  3. Non-Members - $189.00

*Rate includes a complimentary 1-year Bone Marrow Adiposity Society (BMAS) membership.

Detailed Registration Instructions (downloadable with pictures here):

1. Register on the ASBMR meeting website. Registration link: https://www.compusystems.com/servlet/sar?evt_uid=548

2. Select your registration category and fill in your email address.  In this case, ‘Member’ means that you are a member of ASBMR (not BMAS). Leave the ‘Discount Code’ section BLANK.

3. Fill out the information as prompted.

4. If you would like to register for the BMA2020 meeting ONLY. Select this option when it appears (as pictured below). If you are a current member of BMAS and have received your $40 discount code, enter it here.

  • Note: If you are NOT a current member of BMAS, your BMA2020 registration will include a complimentary membership for 2020.
  • Register by August 7th to receive the Early Registration Discount

5. If you would like to register for ASBMR and BMA2020, select ASBMR on the first screen and then select BMA on the second screen.
